Some reasons you may need to do this; New PC, New motherboard/CPU, transferring game from one SSD to another, and re-installing Windows to remove bloat files and apps.
.) Use 'JustBackup' mod in library to create a full backup, save that backup on a flashdrive or external drive (that can be accessed later).
.) Have WinRAR downloaded
.) Re-download FFXIV base launcher
.) Re-install Dalamud
.) Launch Dalamud Launcher for FFXIV, and log in
.) Completely exit the game, then follow instructions linked below
.) Launch Dalamud again and open plugins installer, download all previous plugins
.) Restart game one last time and everything should be all good
